Legal agreement governing the use of Bunnystreams IPTV service
These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts between Bunnystreams (hereinafter "Provider," "we," or "us") and customers (hereinafter "Customer," "you") regarding the use of our IPTV service. Any deviating terms of the Customer will not be recognized unless we expressly agree in writing to their applicability.
Bunnystreams is a premium IPTV service provider. Our service includes access to live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and other digital services via an internet connection. We offer Bunnystreams IPTV with 40,000+ channels and 130,000+ VOD titles in 4K/8K quality.
The presentation of our IPTV subscriptions on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to the Customer to submit an offer. By ordering a subscription via WhatsApp or email, the Customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the offer, which is done by sending the login credentials via WhatsApp or email.
The contract text is not stored by us after conclusion and is therefore not accessible to the Customer. However, the Customer can view their order data via the order confirmation via WhatsApp and email.
Our IPTV subscriptions include access to a large number of live television channels, video-on-demand content, and other digital services. The exact content of the service can be found in the product description on our website or in the communication via WhatsApp for your bunny stream.
The prices listed on our website at the time of ordering apply. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices apply to the selected subscription period (3, 6, 12, or 24 months). The subscription will not be automatically renewed after the agreed term. The service automatically ends after the booked term.
Payment of the agreed price is due after the conclusion of the contract. The Customer can choose from the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, or cryptocurrency (Bitcoin). Payment processing takes place via certified third parties. We do not store the Customer's credit card or bank details.
The IPTV service will be activated after receipt of payment. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to refuse the service or terminate the contract. The Customer is responsible for notifying us of a failed payment.
After successful payment, the Customer will receive their login credentials (Xtream Codes: Server URL, Username, Password) within 15 minutes via WhatsApp or email. The Customer is obliged to keep the login credentials confidential and to protect them from access by third parties. In the event of loss or misuse of the login credentials, the Customer is obliged to notify us immediately. In such a case, we will provide new login credentials for Bunnystreams IPTV.
Each subscription is intended for a specific number of devices (1-5). Simultaneous use on more than the booked number of devices is not permitted and may lead to blocking of access.
The Customer is entitled to use the IPTV service exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, in particular the public display of the service in business premises, hotels, restaurants, or similar establishments, is prohibited without our express written consent.
The Customer is not permitted to pass on the login credentials to third parties or to make the service available to third parties. Distributing, recording, or making content from the service publicly accessible is prohibited. In the event of a violation of these usage conditions, we reserve the right to block access to the service without prior notice and to terminate the contract extraordinarily. In this case, no refund of already paid amounts will be made. This also applies to using your bunny stream in breach of these conditions.
We strive to achieve the highest possible availability of our service of 99.9% of the time. However, technical failures, maintenance work, force majeure, and problems with the Customer's internet connection can lead to temporary limitations. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via WhatsApp or on the website if possible.
We are fully liable for damage resulting from injury to life, limb, or health that is based on an unintentional or intentional breach of duty, as well as for damage resulting from a breach of essential contractual obligations. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Liability for data loss is limited to the typical recovery costs. Liability for indirect damage or loss of profit is excluded. These limitations also apply to Bunnystreams IPTV services.
The contract runs for the minimum term chosen by the Customer (3, 6, 12, or 24 months) and ends automatically after this term. There is no automatic renewal. After the minimum term, the Customer can extend the subscription by placing a new order.
The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. Good cause exists in particular if the Customer violates the usage conditions, passes on the login credentials to third parties, or uses the service improperly. This applies to all Bunnystreams IPTV subscriptions.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as set out in applicable consumer protection laws. Since IPTV subscriptions are digital services that are provided immediately after the conclusion of the contract, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided that the Customer expressly consented to the commencement of performance before the end of the withdrawal period. Bunnystreams obtains this express consent before the conclusion of the contract.
As a courtesy, we offer a voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee, provided that the use of the service does not exceed 5 hours and the trial period has not been improperly used. More information can be found in our Right of Withdrawal policy. This applies to all Bunnystreams subscriptions.
The protection of your personal data is important to us. Information about the collection, processing, and use of your data can be found in our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable international privacy laws.
The Customer agrees not to use the Bunnystreams service for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any content that:

Bunnystreams operates on a fair use basis. The service is intended for normal residential use. Excessive or abusive usage that negatively impacts other customers may result in service restrictions. Examples of excessive use include:
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer by email or WhatsApp at least 30 days before they become effective. If the Customer does not agree to the changed terms, they have the right to terminate the contract with effect from the date the changes become effective. The right to terminate the contract without notice remains unaffected. Changes required by law or that are solely in the Customer's favor take effect immediately.
All legal relationships between Bunnystreams and the Customer are governed exclusively by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bunnystreams is established, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The application of other legal systems is excluded.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court of our jurisdiction.
If one or more provisions of these Terms & Conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, the statutory provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply.
